We are inspired by the ways in which UW Bothell alumni and friends have come together recently in the face of great adversity. In times like these, the collective impact of our community is on full display.

We are proud to announce that three generous donors have come together to give $20,000 to launch the Huskies Helping Huskies Challenge. They invite others to join them in giving to the COVID-19 Student Emergency Fund. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of 250 donors by June 30th.

To our UW Bothell community, 

Thank you so much to all of you who have recently contributed to the UW Bothell COVID-19 Emergency Student Fund. In a matter of days, the collective generosity of donors like you has elevated our ability to support UW Bothell students facing precarious financial circumstances as a result of this global crisis.  

Since early March, we have provided emergency grants and scholarships to more than 30 students at our Bothell campus. That is already greater than half the number of requests for emergency aid we received in all of 2019. Donor support has been critical as we continue hearing from new students everyday who need our help during this challenging time.  

We will continue to keep you updated on our progress. In the meantime, we hope you will share this message with your fellow UW community members and encourage them to join our partnership. Together, we are making all the difference for our students.
