Our Crowdfunding Groups
Our club consists of 35 young women with a love for soccer, who are leaders both on the field and in their respective disciplines on campus. This club provides all of us with the opportunity to pursue our love for the game in a competitive environment while balancing it with other extracurricular and academic interests. At a school as large as the University of Washington, here we are able to form a smaller community where we can ultimately come together and support one another in other in all aspects of our lives.
This year we want to finally pursue a long time goal of attending the National Tournament! This tournament allows elite club teams from across the country to come together and compete for the title of National Champions. Currently, we only play games locally in Washington and Oregon. This tournament would give us a chance to experience the highest level of competition possible in the club soccer system. We would love the opportunity to test our skills and represent the University of Washington!
While we desperately want to attend Nationals, running a club is expensive and there are only few ways for us to raise money throughout the year. The goal of this club is to provide an opportunity for individuals to play soccer regardless of financial capability. This is why we are turning to you, the public, to help support us on our journey. Our hope is to cover the costs of flights, hotels, car rentals, and tournament fees through this site and we can only do that with your support! We would love any amount you are willing to give so we can make sure everyone can attend this tournament!
All donations through this site are tax deductible! While you get to help give the experience of a lifetime to our girls you also get something for yourself! Also, please feel free to leave notes with your donation if there are any inquiries about possibly partnering with our team, sharing your interests in our team, or any other inquiries you might have about the opportunities we provide on our campus!
Thanks for trying out for our team and spending some time with us! We would really love to see you back out here next year! Your donation will help buy individual necessities for the team (hair ties, first aid kit, etc).
You play a crucial role to our team by showing up to every practice just like every other player and challenge us to play our best in preparation for games! Your donation will help cover team necessities during travels (water and snacks).
You help keep our team organized and give us direction. Without your contribution, we wouldn't be able to play the sport that we love. Your donation will help us cover equipment costs (balls, cones, pennies, etc).
You earned this role and have constantly put in 110% of hard work to prove your value to this team. Regardless of where and who we are playing, you always get the job done for the team. Your donation will cover for minor traveling expenses (rental cars, gas, etc).
You are the team's go-to person. Your selflessness and constant desire to seek out the best for your team has earned you this role. Everyone looks up to you and respects your decisions. Your donation will help cover yearly fees and dues (games, tournaments, leagues, and referees).
Most. Valuable. Player. You work harder than any other person on and off the field and have earned the respect and admiration of past, current, and future players. Your legacy will live on long after you are gone from the team. Your contribution will cover major traveling expenses (flights and hotels).
None of us players would be here if it weren't for you... literally. Also thank you for introducing us to the sport that we love, sacrificing your time to drive us to practice, and being our #1 supporter on and off the field. We love you so much and can only hope that we will make you proud. Your donation will simply make this entire dream come true. Our team has proven time after time that we are capable of competing with the best and the only thing standing in our way of attending nationals each year is a financial limitation. If we could only ask for one more favor from you, it would be this-- please help us attend nationals for the first time in 10 years.
